Water is dynamic
Liquid water forms rapidly changing hydrogen-bond networks. That scientific fact does not automatically validate every commercial claim about long-lived special structures.
Ask what changed
A meaningful product claim should identify a measurable property: conductivity, spectroscopy, dissolved gases, mineral content, surface tension, crystallization pattern or another validated parameter.
Method matters
Images of frozen crystals, proprietary energetic readings or before/after photographs may be interesting, but buyers should ask about blinding, repeatability, sample handling and whether the method predicts a useful outcome.
Health claims require another step
Even if a device changes a physical water property, that does not automatically show a benefit to sleep, stress, hydration or disease. Those outcomes require their own evidence.
