Construction versus mechanism
A product can verifiably contain glass, metals, stones, coils and electronics. Those construction facts are different from claims about what the assembled device does to an environment or person.
Turn a mechanism into a prediction
A useful mechanism should lead to a testable prediction. If a company says an effect occurs without lowering RF field strength, then an RF meter is not the right test for the claimed effect; a different validated endpoint and controlled protocol are needed.
Laboratory tests are not all equal
A lab report can confirm material composition, an electrical property, an in-vitro signal or a biological marker. None of those automatically proves a broad claim such as better sleep, reduced stress or disease prevention.
What mainstream EMF guidance says
WHO says that short-term exposure at very high levels can be harmful, while adverse health effects from low-level long-term exposure have not been confirmed. FDA similarly says the weight of scientific evidence has not linked cell-phone RF radiation with health problems.
A fair evaluation
You do not need to dismiss a product because its proposed mechanism is unconventional, but you should demand proportional evidence when claims become broader or more health-specific.
