Turning off an unnecessary transmitter, increasing distance or changing equipment placement can reduce exposure without adding shielding materials.

What harmonizers claim

Harmonizer brands often claim that they change the quality or biological interaction of an environmental influence rather than simply lowering signal strength.

How to choose

Choose shielding or source reduction when your goal is a lower instrument reading. Consider a harmonizer only when you understand that its claimed endpoint may be different and you have evaluated the evidence for that endpoint.

Common mistake

Do not buy shielding expecting it to preserve every wireless signal unchanged, and do not buy a harmonizer expecting an RF meter to necessarily drop. Match the tool to the outcome.
